Cancellation policy for the Registration fee:
The registration fee is refundable for a cancellation received by May 15th minus a handling fee of $50 per person. No refund is possible after that date.
Cancellation policy for the full package:
• A cancellation received by April 30th is eligible for an 80% refund.
• A cancellation received between the 1st and 15th of May is eligible for a 50% refund.
• A cancellation received between the 16th and 31st of May is eligible for a 20% refund
• No refund is possible after June 1st.
